# Stellar Creations #### Talent Acquisition Programme * Stellar Creations is not an individual roadmap item but instead a process that allows us to determine elite artists within our community. * Artists who have exceptional skills will be integrated into our team and offered job opportunities through connections and partnerships that we have with other projects. * Our main reason for this is to give opportunities to artists who possess talent but lack exposure. These are not just limited to artists within the community but artists in the wider community. We will look to provide them with a platform to express themselves. #### Sustainability * Revenue generated will be split between the project and artists, with all revenue generated for the project going towards holders. * Stellar Creations is just one aspect/facet where we engage our community and bring value back to them. Using the same frame of thinking, we will be extending this similar acquisition programme to other job scopes including but not limited to: * Graphic Designers\ VFX Artists\ Meme Artists\ Event Organisers * Alright, i've probably gone too far with this. Now, circling back. #### Why do we want to do this? * Improving the quality of NFT Art. * We've seen multiple projects do art upgrades within a few months of mint. It's clear that there are an abundance of projects with strong utility but a lack of art quality. Stellar Creations will be the enabler for these projects, allowing founders to focus on everything else within their project while leaving art generation to us. * With that said, we are not limited to NFT Art. We are creating a next-generation Art Studio that will provide services across Web2 and Web3. * Think: Merch. Design.
